In POP UP CRANACH German Renaissance artist Lucas Cranach sr. and his family playfully present their work to the contemporary public.

POPUP CRANACH will introduce you to a side of the artists that no-one has ever seen. It’s because you are in his workhop, creating new compositions with his help.
 

Lucas Cranach is considered one of the most important and influential artists in European history. Much of his work was created in a tempestous period of religious revolutions and wars. His friendship with Martin Luther helped to spark the Reformatory revolution.

POP UP CRANACH the exhibition, is a project of Alice Berlin- Museum for Children in FEZ -  together with the Saxony-Anhalt Luther Memorial Foundation, in cooperation with the Berlin State Museums.
